Oh What Fun: Decking Out the Dining Room for the Holidays
At present that my holiday workshop has been wrapped up, I can finally share the styled shoot that I did in collaboration with Westward Elm for the holidays.
I like everything to be pretty simple when information technology comes to decorating, but theres something about the holidays that merely brand me want to go a niggling overboard. Aught wrong with that, right?
And so, in collaboration with West Elm, I styled a DIY vacation dinner party to send some vacation inspiration your manner, while theres yet plenty of time to plan things out"¦
I used these individual paper ornaments to create some decorative elements on the tabular array and hanging from the bar cart, in a cluster. I dip dyed each one to requite it a little more color (if you count grey every bit a color. haha), which Ill be showing you lot how to practice in an upcoming mail service.
Piffling bottle brush ornaments were used equally place setting decorations. I cut off the string to make them experience more like mini sculptures.
And the forest geometric wreaths were some other DIY impact. I'll be sharing the tutorial on Due west Elm's Front + Master blog later this month for anyone who wasn't able to get in to the workshop.
Bonus! Considering the wreaths themselves are and then neutral, you lot can remove the flowers and or Christmas tree trimmings and ornaments afterwards the holidays are over and utilise the wreaths year round as wall art. Add a couple of air plants to those wood slat "˜pockets and y'all're in business organization.
